How it works

Your pathway is built in four layers, from official data

No AI writes your pathway. The same answers on the same data always give the same result.

  1. Layer 1: What this course leads to

The jobs graduates of your subject go into, and which of them can be sponsored.

Course to jobs · Alternative jobs

  2. Layer 2: Where the sponsored work is

Adverts by area, pay by region and rent, so you can weigh one place against another.

Job market · Stay or move

  3. Layer 3: Who is hiring

Employers with a licence to sponsor, in the sectors where your jobs are done.

    Employers · Employer check

  4. Layer 4: What to do about it

What you still need, when to start it, and your next three actions.

    Qualification gap · Next actions

Evidence

How we rate evidence from job adverts

Every claim about an employer carries a rating. Weak evidence is shown, never counted.

Strong

Three or more sources including the employer's own careers page, posted in the last 90 days.

Every count is built from postings and their sources, with duplicates and recruitment agency postings removed, and matches reviewed by a person.

Counted, shown in full

Moderate

Two sources, or recent with key details missing.

Counted, with the gap named

Weak

One source, nothing for six months, or an unconfirmed match.

Shown, never counted

What we never do

Four promises

Never promise sponsorship

We show whether a job can be sponsored, and the salary it needs.

Never treat a licence as hiring

A licence means an employer can sponsor, not that it is.

Never count pay we were not given

Missing figures say "Not published", never zero.

Never hide a weak match

We show how sure we are, every time.
